Learn the skills required to give the most professional and unique experience for your front of house and concierge duties. From understanding the way to handle client requests through to dressing to impress! The training takes between 6-10 hours to complete depending on the speed you work at. Manage your own time – you have four months to complete the training from the point of activation.
Once you have completed the training and your assignments have been graded by our instructor you will receive your personalised certificate as proof of your online training.
