Hello Latifah,  Thank you for your question.  It sounds like you are gaining valuable experience working in a pre-school in South Africa which is great news. All clients are different when it comes to hiring staff.  Some clients are happy to consider candidates with less professional experience and are willing to help train them on the job, others might expect a level of education/training to have taken place before they would consider you, and some clients will only hire candidates with proven domestic service history demonstrated on their CV.  The most important thing is you continue to get as much experience as possible working in the domestic industry (if you wish to work in this area).  Try to obtain local part time housekeeping/nanny jobs and this will allow you to gain valuable experience (and references) which are vital.  As an agency we would expect you to have at least two professional references, otherwise we would be unable to help you look for work.
There is also multiple training or further education you can enrol in in, but nothing beats job experience – so volunteer and apply for as many jobs as possible to gain experience and references whilst looking for your dream job.  There are junior positions always available, but the more you have on your CV, the more likely you will have at being seen for interview in this very competitive industry.
