Back in June 2015 I became a mum, so I needed to hire staff myself (I needed a nanny and a part time housekeeper). From personal experience, I understand our client’s needs, why it’s so stressful to hire staff, and how personal it is. You are taking someone into your home so it’s extremely intimate and you need to know that the person you hire is someone you can trust with your family, your property, and all your worldly possessions.
I wanted to bring a really unique approach to my agency, and I deeply care about the service that we give clients, ensuring that the team are always working towards their happiness and their satisfaction.
